On June 22, 2025, the Myanmar TESOL Organization (MmTESOL) in collaboration with Milestone of Excellence (MOE) Language Academy organized an inspiring English Language Teaching (ELT) conference in Yangon. The conference, titled Empowering Minds, Celebrating Hearts, brought together teachers and teacher educators to explore innovative ELT strategies. Engaging sessions covered various topics, including teaching young learners, boosting young minds, effective grammar instruction, transforming errors into learning opportunities, IELTS writing, and fostering resilient teachers. The conference was supported by Teacher MOE, the British Council Myanmar, all educators, and attendees. It fostered professional growth and cultural sensitivity, empowering participants to advance English education across Myanmar. This vibrant gathering celebrated the passion and dedication of ELT professionals, strengthening Myanmar’s educational landscape.
